Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact. Products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging may not qualify for a refund.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your order.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible by offering a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for one of these reasons, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Products returned after the eligible return period

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return process after delivery.
